We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 20 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early or register online to reserve your spot.
Full Body Functional Training
Monday - Saturday
Our program will leave no muscle untouched. Our total body workout will challenge you to push every muscle to the max while also keeping you lean through High Intensity Interval/Resistance Training throughout the entire class.
Monday - Friday: 12 pm | 5 pm | 6 pm | 7 pm (excluding Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm for Vinyasa Flow & Ashtanga Yoga)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6:00 am
Saturday: 9:00 am & Yoga at 10:00 am
